Early works on the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation continue to progress well.

We are anticipating heavy demolition works will start in November. The City Road steps, Arts Centre Melbourne’s Harold Alexander Terrace and other sections of the deck that sit over Sturt Street will be progressively removed. These works are being undertaken by Lendlease.
